Easy Low Calorie & High Protein Spicy McChicken□□ INGREDIENTS □□ - 450g Chicken Mince or Ground Chicken (Brand: Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken Mince - form into three 150g patties) - 1 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp Pepper - 2 Tsp Onion Powder - 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika - 1 Tsp Mustard Powder - 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (add more or less depending how spicy you want it) - 40g Breadcrumbs Mixed With 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Paprika & a dash of cayenne pepper - Light Cooking Oil Spray (Brand: Frylight) - 3 Toasted Aldi Seeded Brioche Buns (1 per burger) - Lettuce Sauce□□ - 45g Light Mayonnaise or Fat Free Mayonnaise (Callowfit - can be substituted for low fat Greek yoghurt for more protein) - 2g Mustard - 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder - Mix everything together & evenly distribute across the top of each bun Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 - 18 Minutes OR Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes Times may vary depending on the oven, air fryer & thickness of the mince, so keep an eye on it.
